Anatoo ব্যবহার করলে আপনি নিচের শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন। Anatoo চালায় PretendMind Ltd., ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ।
ব্যবহারের অনুমতি
নিজে শেখার জন্য, পড়ানোর জন্য, আর পরিবারের সাথে দেখার জন্য Anatoo ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। অ্যাপের কোড, লেখা, কণ্ঠ আর নকশা কপি করে বিক্রি বা অন্য কোথাও প্রকাশ করা যাবে না। কঙ্কালের 3D মডেল আলাদা: সেটা CC BY-SA 4.0 লাইসেন্সে সবার জন্য খোলা, বিস্তারিত ওপেন মডেল পাতায়।
এটা চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ নয়
Anatoo শুধু শেখার জন্য। কনটেন্ট এখন ডাক্তারের যাচাইয়ের অপেক্ষায়, তাই ভুল থাকতে পারে। নিজের বা কারো শরীর নিয়ে কোনো সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে ডাক্তারের কাছে যান। জরুরি অবস্থায় সাথে সাথে হাসপাতালে যোগাযোগ করুন।
সাবস্ক্রিপশন আর রিফান্ড
পেমেন্ট এখনও চালু হয়নি। চালু হলে Google Play বা App Store থেকে কেনা প্ল্যানের বিল, নবায়ন আর রিফান্ড চলবে সেই স্টোরের নিয়মে। সাবস্ক্রিপশন নিজে থেকে নবায়ন হয়, যতক্ষণ না স্টোরের সেটিংসে বাতিল করেন। ওয়েব থেকে কেনার নিয়ম লঞ্চের আগে এই পাতায় যোগ করব।
যা করা যাবে না
- অ্যাপ বা সার্ভার ভাঙার, অতিরিক্ত চাপ দেওয়ার, বা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে কনটেন্ট তুলে নেওয়ার চেষ্টা।
- অন্যের অ্যাকাউন্টে ঢোকা, বা ভুয়া তথ্য দিয়ে তালিকায় নাম দেওয়া।
- Anatoo র নাম বা লোগো দিয়ে অন্য কিছু বিক্রি করা।
মালিকানা
Anatoo নাম, লোগো, কোড, লেখা আর কণ্ঠ PretendMind Ltd. এর। 3D মডেলের উৎস Z-Anatomy আর BodyParts3D, তাদের কৃতিত্ব আর লাইসেন্স ওপেন মডেল পাতায় আছে।
দায়ের সীমা
Anatoo যেমন আছে তেমনভাবে দেওয়া হচ্ছে। আইন যতটা অনুমতি দেয়, অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায় আমরা নিই না।
আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইনে চলবে। কোনো বিরোধ হলে ঢাকার আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
বদল আর যোগাযোগ

By using Anatoo you agree to these terms. Anatoo is run by PretendMind Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Licence to use
You may use Anatoo to learn, to teach, and with your family. You may not copy, resell or republish the app's code, text, narration or design. The skeleton 3D model is separate: it is published under CC BY-SA 4.0, see Open models.
Not medical advice
Anatoo is for education only. The content is awaiting review by doctors and may contain mistakes. For any decision about your health, see a doctor. In an emergency, contact a hospital immediately.
Subscriptions and refunds
Payments are not open yet. Once they are, plans bought through Google Play or the App Store are billed, renewed and refunded under that store's rules. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the store settings. Rules for web purchases will be added here before launch.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, overload or scrape the app or its servers.
- Do not access other people's accounts or sign others up without their consent.
- Do not use the Anatoo name or logo to sell something else.
Ownership
The Anatoo name, logo, code, text and narration belong to PretendMind Ltd. The 3D models come from Z-Anatomy and BodyParts3D; credits and licences are on the Open models page.
Limitation of liability
Anatoo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes go to the courts of Dhaka.
