Anatoo অ্যাকাউন্ট আর তার সব তথ্য যেকোনো সময় মুছে ফেলতে পারবেন। Google, Facebook বা LinkedIn দিয়ে ঢুকে থাকলেও একই নিয়ম।

কী মুছবে

• অ্যাকাউন্ট: ইমেইল, নাম আর সাইন ইনের তথ্য (Google, Facebook বা LinkedIn থেকে যা এসেছিল)।
• অগ্রগতি: কুইজের স্কোর, শেষ করা পাঠ, ডিভাইসের তালিকা।
• প্ল্যান: আপনার প্ল্যানের রেকর্ড। আইন অনুযায়ী পেমেন্টের হিসাব (কত টাকা, কবে) যতদিন রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক, ততদিন শুধু সেটুকু থাকবে।

কীভাবে মুছবেন

1. learningbangladesh71@gmail.com এ একটা ইমেইল পাঠান। বিষয়ে লিখুন "Anatoo data deletion"।
2. যে ইমেইল দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলেছিলেন সেটা জানান। Facebook বা LinkedIn দিয়ে ঢুকে থাকলে সেটাও লিখুন।
3. আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সব মুছে ইমেইলে নিশ্চিত করব।

Google, Facebook বা LinkedIn থেকে Anatoo সরানো

আমাদের কাছের তথ্য মোছার পাশাপাশি চাইলে ওদের দিক থেকেও Anatoo এর অনুমতি তুলে নিতে পারেন:

• Google: myaccount.google.com/connections এ গিয়ে Anatoo বেছে নিন, তারপর সংযোগ মুছে দিন।
• Facebook: Settings & privacy, তারপর Settings, তারপর Apps and websites। Anatoo বেছে Remove চাপুন।
• LinkedIn: Settings, তারপর Data privacy, তারপর Permitted services। Anatoo এর পাশে Remove চাপুন।

শুধু অনুমতি তুলে নিলে আমাদের কাছের অ্যাকাউন্ট নিজে থেকে মোছে না। পুরোটা মুছতে ওপরের ইমেইলটা পাঠান।

Delete your data

You can delete your Anatoo account and all its data at any time. The same applies if you signed in with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn.

What gets deleted

• Account: your email, name and sign-in details (what Google, Facebook or LinkedIn shared with us).
• Progress: quiz scores, finished lessons, your device list.
• Plan: your plan record. Payment records (amount and date) are kept only as long as the law requires.

How to delete

1. Email learningbangladesh71@gmail.com with the subject "Anatoo data deletion".
2. Tell us the email address on your account. If you signed in with Facebook or LinkedIn, mention that too.
3. We delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email.

Remove Anatoo from Google, Facebook or LinkedIn

You can also remove Anatoo's access on their side:

• Google: go to myaccount.google.com/connections, pick Anatoo and delete the connection.
• Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Pick Anatoo and tap Remove.
• LinkedIn: Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services. Tap Remove next to Anatoo.

Removing access there does not delete your Anatoo account by itself. To delete everything, send the email above.
